Refund Policy
Overview
At Barely, each piece is made and packaged with care to ensure quality and satisfaction. For hygiene reasons and due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns.
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we will gladly replace it with a new one.
No Refunds
Please note that:

All purchases are final once payment has been processed.

We do not offer refunds or credits for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect sizing, or dissatisfaction with the style or fit.

Because our products are intimate apparel, we cannot accept any items back once they have left our facility.
Replacements for Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive:

the wrong item, or
-
an item that is damaged or defective,
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review your case and arrange for a replacement to be sent.
To process a replacement, we may ask for:

your order number,

photos of the damaged or incorrect item, and
-
confirmation of your shipping details.
We will cover all shipping costs for approved replacements.
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges (e.g. size swaps). Please check our size guide carefully before purchasing to ensure the best fit.
If you received the wrong size or item due to our error, we will gladly replace it with the correct product at no cost to you.
Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and payment confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Please ensure all details are correct before completing checkout.
